Finding a home to make an offer takes time and patience. I will never rush you.  Touring a variety of homes and neighborhoods with buyers is something I love and is a top priority in understanding their wants/needs/desires. Everyone is on their own journey.  My objective is to get to that new home by saving time, energy and money. 

Every deal is unique.  There is influence from varying factors including property condition, location, seller objectives, buyer’s desires, budget, overall buyer interest and timing. Doing the necessary due diligence to write the most compelling offer is a significant part of my process.  Because listing agents know when I submit an offer the buyers are strong candidates, her clients spend more time looking for the right property instead of making offers on the wrong ones.  

The offer has been accepted and now starts the process to close escrow.  During the 15-30 day process, I stay heavily involved working with the escrow company and financial institution to keep things moving forward.  There are a lot of twists and turns that can take place along the way but I am there with buyers every step of the way.
